I got through yesterday 11/7 What I did was after I hit the O I let the message run and then I hit 1 and low and behold I had a 8 min. wait.I got the call back and the system they are useing read the way it did before last weekend before e-bennies went nuts, Peggy said to ignore e-bennies for now. Hope this helps.
