Yuma sand quit shipping foundry sand around 2013 but continued shipping frac sand until around 2016. Then it closed for a few years but was reopened by Halliburton and operated for around six months or so then closed again and probably for good. I'm told there are still around 30 loaded cars of frac sand at the site that have been sitting there since Halliburton shutdown.
