Hello all,

Its been a little while since I posted last but I have a question. I understand that in something called the A.A.R. Handbook there were sections with the specification for "Message Circuit Dialing Spec" along with "Tone Dispatch Circuit Spec". I am looking for those sections from around the 1966 timeframe. Would anyone happen to have such a handbook and be able to copy those sections? I can pay reasonable charges or if you would like look to purchase the entire handbook.
