Alex, Love the info about C&LC always. I have a couple of questions that you or others may have answered in the past but I didn't see. First was the engine house there in the days of the PRR / GR&I? Or did the C&LC folks have it built? Second I have seen ETT that showed an office call for Lake City so where was the depot? When I was there at ages 11 and 13 in 1964 and 66 I didn't pay much attention to other than the steam engine. ISTR there being a sort of very small building a bit further down from the engine house on the other side of the tracks. Not something that appeared to be a depot , but was that it? And finally what did the guys like Howard do for a living before C&LC? Were they retired? Did they have families and what did they think of all this? Was it all just a hobby?? Thanks Dennis Hock
