BC161 those makw are very interesting BC161. I have seen sum of those lines in my books by Graydon Meintz but the 4th link you posted shows the Missaukee jct. line and when it gets up to Jennings this map you posted shows the line continuing in a northerly direction up into the area where Mitchell is listed on Michigan Railroad county maps. It appears there was a line from Jennings into that area but no line listed from Manton to Mitchell. Strange. I'm guessing this Manton to Mitchell line was in place for such a short time that there realy is no trace of it perhaps.i do see what looks like there might have been a very faint trace of a turn out on the mainline in Manton at Elmore street. But there realy isn't anything after Elmore street ends in Manton that sticks out as being the old grade to Mitchell. I think time has erased this grade or I am just not seeing it. Or like u said perhaps the Main Street heading east and west thru Manton is the old grade naybe.
