North End Saginaw Sub Autoracks and Trains?

Looking at the xrailfan.com site, autorack trains (or at least Q200 series trains) were still running up the Saginaw Sub to and from Saginaw and Flint after the Conrail merger in '99. I was wondering when did autorack trains officially disappear from the line? Was it in 2005 when the line north of Flint was leased to Lake State/SBS? One more question, and this kind of includes the question about the autorack trains: how many trains a day total ran on the portion of the line between Saginaw and Plymouth from 2000-2005, up until the line north of Flint was leased to Lake State? I'm assuming after 2005 was when it went down to only a couple daily freights a day south of Flint like it is now, plus locals. Symbols and origin/destinations would be appreciated if possible, but I'll take just train counts if that's all that's remembered.
