Pretty sure ELLA/LAEL changed to INLA/LAIN for a while too...the memory is getting a little rusty on me. Before this Lansing traffic moved east from Jackson on TOLA/LATO. At the end, I assume after the auto traffic dried up, they ran an ELJA/JAEL and I believe a wayfreight handled traffic from Jackson to Lansing.

Somewhere in the late 80s/early 90s there was ELBC/BCEL which ran to the Grand Trunk yard in Battle Creek.

In the early 90s there was a train handed off to CSX at Wayne which at different times was IHCS, ELCS, CSIH, CSEL

I've seen a mention of a KZGR/GRKZ train a few times from the early 80s but don't know if this was ever a daily move.

I think that covers all the ("modern" four-letter) Conrail road freight symbols I'm aware of west of Jackson. I'd like to be corrected if there were any more!
