We travel through the Manistique area a few times each year. I've read that there was a rail ferry operations between Northport in the lower peninsula to Manistique. Can anyone advise exactly where the Manistique ferry docks were? Was ferry service discontinued before the "new" U.S. 2 bridge was built? Thanks in advance for your responses.
