Yah, that is where I see them; who owns them...Cleveland Cliffs, or ?????. Seem to be replacing a bunch of "well worn" hoppers, and are "mostly" on the head end. Looks like they had a paint job before going into service. My first guess is they are surplice coal cars finding a second life.
