Heading home from Rapid river, caught the tail end of the east bound at Isabella. Rear half was mostly coil cars. Distribute power was 8681. Couldn't count the taconite cars, but I noticed a lot had a decent coat of paint, and looked fresher then the usual j"between a rock and a hard spot" cars. Looking through the pucker brush, I think the lead was 8910; but I am not putting my pocket change on a bet that I am correct. Nice day. Saw my first Forsythia in full yellow bloom. There is hope.
