Going over the main at deer street, spotted a head light to the west. About 15:30, wondered what.
Parked and waited. CN2976 with 50 mixed hoppers. CN2263 midship, cab aft. Couple of white tankers, a short blue box, a bunch of covered roll steel cars, four bulk head, three empty, one full,....can't read my notes....but on the tail end were 4 propane tankers. Would have bet my 2 & 1/2 cents that the same consist was on the ready, head end under US2 at about 09:00 and not there at 10:30, nor did I see it any were on my ride east.
