Coming into Gladstone looked down (dumb with as slippery as it was) and there were three big CP engines with a mixed drag stretching all the way back to the west end of the yard. Did not appear to be moving. Biggest front end power I have ever seen, at Gladstone.
On the way home swung down under the US2 bridge to get the numbers and only found one: CP2914, and then noticed it was the usual east bound drag of ore. Could not see the mid train engine number, after turning around and getting back onto east US2...distance and snow.
Don't know it the earlier train went east; but I would guess so. Sorry no cash for a bet.
Grab your sleds...time to go to da UP eh? We got dat white stuff.
