Current management has reduced personnel and engines to the point that the LS&I can only run one dock crew and three out of eagle mills, A Tilden, Yard Hill and a Weigher job. That is with the Weigher job only using one unit and the Tilden running U-30's. We have no back up engines. If they run that in the morning They might be able to run two crews in the afternoon, and one at night. This is the new economic system of more with less. They would rather force crews to work 12 hour a day 6 days a week and make boats wait at the dock than hire more men and pay benefits. This is not the LS&I of the past and sadly, Cliffs doesn't care,
