About 1987 I got a tour of this plant. Very new then, and state-of-the-art we were told. Looked big to me.
CNW was still providing service. Lots of 50ft CNW boxes outside, and a CNW geep moving them around. Most of the cars looked to be old and banged up. Does CN provide cars now, or a leasing company?
The mill at Niagra is out of service, right?
