Traveling across the UP last weekend brought me through Trout Lake. I stayed at some little dive Saturday night called McGowens Motel. 2 separate CN trains came through. One, around 10 PM I think came east from the Newberry branch, and did some switching, and left town west. Another came through around 2 AM, but the Serta Sheep kept me from getting up to see what direction it was headed. Then, Sunday AM, around 8 AM, brought this short eastbound to town. They dropped off some cars, switched some cars around, and when I left out of town around 9:30, the train was setting down near the yard. Here's a couple of pictures of that Sunday morning train.
