I still can't believe that you have rail moves of pulpwood going no further than Abrams-Sagola! This distance can't be more than about 100 miles. I never saw any evidence of moves this short when I was working for the Wisconsin DOT in the late 1970's. Can these same cars be reloaded up in Michigan and sent back down loaded to places in Wisconsin?
