I believe the engineers day at the locks begins at 9 am and ends at 4pm.The other activities mentioned I have no idea but there are things going on all day. This only the second time I am going to this(last year was the first and it is awesome).Kids and adults have fun and LEARN alot from the presentations and people around.IF you get a chance let them put the lamprey on your hand (it sucks LOL)
