See the linked press release from Cliffs and Rio Tinto. Reactivating the line into the Humbolt mill and Mineral Range right-of-way are old news, but what’s this about the “LS&I railroad gains a three-mile rail bypass near its Eagle Mills Yard”? Anybody have any details on this “bypass”?
