Your question about re-laying some rail near Humbolt, this may be the line that has been approved for re-laying about a mile for the purpose of restarting one of the mines up there. Of side note, when I was in the U.P. in 2005, I went to a bar somewhere around Engadine called the "Bear Butt" in. Pretty cool place.
