https://apps.nationalmap.gov/viewer/ . There, the third item from the left, on the green toolbar, will access a dropdown menu; from that menu, scroll down to and select “3DEP Elevation – Hillshade Stretched” and this will take you to the LiDAR data.
Since I posted the last update of Part IV to Internet Archive (July, 2024), the maps for Alcona, Alpena, Cheboygan, Crawford, Kalkaska, Montmorency, and Otsego Counties have been updated or added. No further updates are currently contemplated.
The complete list of maps included in the Second Edition is: Alcona, Alpena, Antrim, Arenac, Bay, Benzie, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Clare, Crawford, Emmet, Gladwin, Grand Traverse, Iosco, Isabella, Kalkaska, Lake, Leelanau, Manistee, Mason, Mecosta, Midland, Missaukee, Montcalm, Montmorency, Muskegon, Newaygo, Oceana, Ogemaw, Osceola, Otsego, Presque Isle, Roscommon, and Wexford Counties. In addition, local maps of Woodville, Meredith, Lewiston, Walton Junction, Kegomic (east of Petoskey), Dundee, and Milan are included.
