As I understand it, the tornado/Thunderstorm a few weeks ago thru the Williamston area downed a lot of the old code line. Since the signals were probably in a replacement discussion anyway, the storm seems to have sped up the decision to accelerate the process. That should include the east end of the subdivision also.
