As PBMax and I discussed this may be the last Tower that ships by rail (they all used too).

The Elkton plant ships out scrap usually in Omni gondolas. We're not sure if those gondola's go to Omni's Bay City yard (seems unlikely), Toledo yard (more likely) or some other destination.

I'd like to know the back-story why this plant still ships scrap by rail.
