protest. Why didn't GTW amass a fleet of flat cars and transport hundreds of truck trailers
from Sarnia to an unloading yard near Port Huron?
And why didn't CP and Michigan Central do the same
thing to overcome the blockage of the Ambassador
Bridge? Can't the railroad show that, in a crisis, railroads can solve major problems? I
suspect that management is not very flexible or
imaginative.
