It appears to me that timekeeping on the Michigan Central line is very poor, worse than it was before Amtrak decided to run just one round trip each day. It is now well after 8 PM and #352 has not yet arrived in Detroit. Does anyone have solid quantitative data about the deteriorating of time
keeping on this line? This is a discouraging development. Many millions have been invested in modernizing the Michigan Central line and service has been reduced by 2/3. Nevertheless, the trains continue to run way behind the card.
