Caught a meet on the LSRC at Newark (a few miles south of Grand Blanc) this afternoon. First up was a southbound coal train, which came to a stop at Belford Road. Only five minutes later or so, the northbound, a welded rail train, arrived and took the passing siding around the coal train:
A few minutes after the rail train cleared the crossing, the southbound got the green signal to proceed:
