Sounds like ITCS failure - again. With all of the money that they have dumped into that line, you would think that someone would know how to make it run right. At the moment, it is an embarrassing joke, especially when compared to the NYC schedules pulled by steam on jointed rail back in the 40's and 50's. Maybe they need to dig those blueprints back out of the dust bin and start over...
