Within the interlocking limits, the EB NS-Union Belt main line has been removed. They have not used this track recently with everything on the former WB track. They now have only one track crossing the N/S Main Line.
The remote switch at Delray going north to West Detroit is now remote controlled.
Also, all new signals on all routes through Delray.
It would seem that since the interlocker is being modified and mostly replaced, the tower is likely to be remote controlled soon and closed.
