Pretty sure it was 1978 when Plymouth pass extended. Lots of work done that year. Late 1977, #2 main extended Atwood Wye to Atwood Jct, and in 1978 Gd Blanc siding extended and power switches installed, Clyde extended, Wixom extended, second siding at Lincoln added, power switches added at Novi with controlled signals, Plymouth pass extended and Wayne south pass extended. Operator Plymouth used to control both ends of siding until extended -- then Hix (Canton) added to our board. We were constantly working around panel change-outs on our board in Saginaw with many of the changes! Romulus tower closed around same time and then we controlled that switch to double track.
