That's the place! When it was built it was the Grand Traverse Hilton Hotel. The tribe has owned it for at least 10 years. Then they built the 7 story hotel next to the casino, then tore down the original casino after building a new larger one attached to the hotel. Between both properties, they have well over 2,000 rooms. And they already shuttle people to and from downtown (9 miles), so a rail shuttle would seem like it could work, subsidized by the tribe.
