CN Strike...

With the Canadian CN workers hitting the pavement, it's already become pretty quiet on some Michigan routes. Mount Clemens sub is dead calm, and the L533 local is likely to be the only thing running until this is settled. Likewise, the CN Flint sub will probably only see Amtrak, CSX/LSRC, and perhaps a local between Flint and Port Huron for a spell. I can't imagine this lasting too long without major disruptions throughout the system taking their toll, and maybe some suits and ties running the trains. At any rate, it may prove to be a boon for railfans whenever things get rolling again as it does not take long for trains to get backed up on both sides of the border... RandallG
