A bit of an update. Queen City/Armond Cassill crews working on the main into TC (currently near MP16, with the ballast, and the track crews (tamper, spreader, etc) are within a mile of that, so I'd expect the next ballast train very soon. Another crew is still working at the depot getting rid of more sediment/dirt from around and between the tracks.

On the Grawn line, Acme Railroad Construction is wasting no time- this morning their convoy is on the main and ties are spread from Beacon all the way to where Queen City/Armond Cassill left off in Boardman Yard. Looks like a ton of ties being replaced.

Wonder why these would be two separate projects with separate contractors??
