That would be 6.6 miles of track, 7 new public road crossings, probably another dozen private road crossings, a bridge over I-69, and side tracks at the terminus. Estimated cost would be $1,000,000 per mile. Add $250,000 for active warning devices at each public road crossing. Another $1,000,000 for the turnouts and loading tracks at the terminus. Unless the state uses eminent domain, there would be real estate costs. $100,000 in surveying, engineering, plans and permits. I have no idea what the I-69 bridge would cost, but it would be at least $2,000,000. You're in the neighborhood of $12,000,000 and several years of meetings, reviews, protests, etc.
