My question would be: Is there a filing about CSX getting trackage rights over the Mt. Clemens Sub of CN? If so, then I would expect the trains to become Rougemere to Port Huron. I have not seen or heard of any such filing however, so my guess is that the post-takeover trains will remain Flint-Port Huron as they currently run.
I would guess LSRC would run the traffic from Plymouth-Flint, at which point it would be set up for the D711 to take it west. Hopefully for all parties involved, it is pretty well blocked for Port Huron upon the LSRC picking up the train.
