I will also add that many companies do have "How is my driving?" stickers on their vehicles and some actually do use that information to train their drivers. With that being said, one call about someone driving in a manner that someone doesn't like isn't taken seriously unless it is a very serious violation of traffic laws or road decency. Going faster than everyone else on the expressway normally won't result in the company caring unless it is so much faster as to create a serious danger. Companies do take their reputation seriously, but a company like CN isn't going to care the way a small local company is going to care.
