Players will receive a point value based on the classification the team participated in each season on a four year average in 2017 and a five (5) year average beginning in 2018. Player participating on multiple teams during a season will get a point value based on the average of team values in that season starting with 2016.
Major/Restricted Player List = 12 point player value
Restricted Player Watch List = 10 point player value
Elite team upgrade = 9 point value
Elite team player = 8 point player value
Gold Super World Champion = 8 point player value
Gold team upgrade = 7 point player value
Gold team player = 6 point player value
Silver Super World Champions = 6 point player value
Silver team upgrade = 5 point player value
Silver team player = 4 point player value
Bronze Super World Champion = 4 point player value
Bronze team upgrade = 3 point player value
Bronze team player = 2 point player value
EXCEPTION: Players with an established value of 5.0. or higher cannot participate in Bronze. Players with an established 7.0 or higher cannot play Silver.

Bronze: - 22.0 - 29.0
Silver 29.01 53.0
Gold 53.01 77.0
Elite 77.01 105
SECTION 5 5 PLAYER UPGRADED POINT VALUES
The following Mens (Elite, Gold, Silver, Bronze) teams will receive an
additional (1) point value to the current season Player Point Value for these
teams success with 12 or more teams in results. These tournaments with 11 or less in results will receive ½ point.
ELITE DIVISION: Top 3 or 10% in World Series, Top 20% in Super Worlds.
GOLD DIVISION: State and Super NIT Champions, Top 2 or 10% in Super Regional, Top 2 or 10% in World Series and Top 10% in Super Worlds.
SILVER DIVISION: State and Super NIT Champions, Top 2 or 10% of Super Regional, Top 2 or 10% of World Series and Top 15% of Super Worlds.
BRONZE DIVISION: State and Super NIT Champions, Top 2 or 10% of Super Regional, Top 2 or 10% of World Series and Top 20% of Super Worlds.
SUPER WORLD CHAMPIONS will receive (2) Points and those players will be locked out of playing same class or lower for the next year of participation.
NOTE: Players/teams not participating in the NSA program for one (1) or more seasons will retain the classification they were moved up to prior to taking an absence from the National Softball Association.
