YES
But remember that in Elite/Gold and Silver those classification lose 3 points in 2017 and another 3 points in 2018.
So all these teams playing with rosters on the limit will have to make some major decisions.
As we have 6-7 Gold teams that are over the 2017 limit and 12-14 Silver teams over limit as well.
