a) Open Division – Everyone is eligible
Upper Division – no more than 3 Men’s Elite Division or higher players per roster
b) Lower Division – No more than 3 Men’s Gold Division players per roster. No Elite Division or higher players allowed
c) Teams that have a player who has played Elite Division in the current or previous season will be ineligible for the Lower Division
d) Players not on a current or prior NSA Roster will be classed by the State Director the following exceptions
1) Any player listed on Associations current Major Player list or any list that deems the highest classification of that Association will only be eligible to play in the Open Division and will not be allowed in either the Lower or Upper Divisions.
2) Any Player on a prior NSA Roster, but not on a current roster cannot be classed any lower than the classification that he/she would have played during the current season. Example: A player that played Class B in 2006 and has not played since, can only be classified as a Gold Division or higher player in the Masters Program.
SECTION 11 HOME RUN LIMITS
a) Open Division – Six (6) home runs plus the one up home run rule.
b) Upper Division – Three (3) home runs plus the one up home run rule
c) Lower Division – One (1) home run. The first home run over the limit will be an out. For any subsequent home runs, the progressive home run rule will be in effect.
NOTE: Refer to the General Rules for the one up home run rule and the progressive home run rule.
