1. From a World/Super World unqualified team - can be added to a roster of same class or higher IF APPROVED BY STATE DIRECTOR.
2. World/Super Qualified team player can only be added to an UNQUALIFIED team.
3. From a Super World qualified team can ONLY be added to a UNQUALIFIED team of same class or any higher class team.
4. Players can be added to HIGHER classified team no matter if Qualified or UnQualified when released.
5. A Player can be only released One (1) Time per current playing season.
RELEASED PLAYERS DON'T FREE UP SPACE ON THE OFFICIAL (25) PLAYER ROSTER.
DISBANDED TEAM PLAYERS
1. Players from a disbanded team can be added to any roster that hasn't meet the (25) player max of same or higher class, even if they are qualified for World Series
2. Players from a disbanded team may still be released once during the current season. A disbanded roster doesn't count towards the players one release.
3. Players from a disbanded team that has qualified for the SUPER WORLDS may not be added to another team that has qualified for Super Worlds.
ALL PLAYER ADDITIONS MUST BE APPROVED AND ADDED TO ROSTER BY STATE DIRECTOR. These additions are still based on all move up rules and appeals during the season.
JUST BECAUSE A PLAYER PLAYED IN ONE CLASS DOESN"T MEAN HE IS AUTOMATICALLY ELIGIBLE TO PLAY ON ANY TEAM IN THAT CLASS, AS THERE COULD BE ISSUE WITH STRENGTH OF TEAM WHEN ADDING THE PLAYER OR MOVE UP/APPEAL RULES FROM START OF SEASON.
