Aww. Thanks for posting this. That last picture of him-that really hits home. His handsome smile, the gifted actor that is gone as she speaks of him so tenderly.
I still haven't read what happened at the end and I don't really want to read it. I presume that after the surgery, something went wrong. How very sad. Previous Message
In case anyone missed it, Good Morning America did a segment on Tony's passing & interviewed Genie. I think they did a good job. A few thoughts I had:
Tony passed away on December 14.
News of his passing was released the morning of December 15.
This GMA segment aired on December 16.
I think they called Genie in on December 15 in the GH studio to do this pre-taped interview, maybe only hours after hearing of Tony's passing. I cannot imagine the strength it took Genie to do this interview so soon. Bravo to her!
I've been doing a lot of praying this week. I've prayed for Claudio, for his heart to heal. For Tony himself, for him to be in a better place & prayed that he was truly no longer in pain. But most of all I've been praying for Genie. I cannot imagine what she has been going through the past few years. Losing so many people she started working with when she was a kid, as well as her TV son Tyler Christopher.
All of them will be in my prayers.
