I am excited about the recast. I liked this actress on AMC and she reminds me of Genie. I had hoped Julie Marie Berman would be cast again but I think she is out of the Hollywood scene altogether.

IMO this could be a really good recast. I really liked Alexa Havins on AMC. Despite some truly questionable writing for her character, she displayed the kind of spunk, depth and grit as Babe that would be perfect for Lulu.
Emme Rylan was a pretty good actor, but she never really won me over in the role. Her Lulu lacked that Spencer fire that Julie Berman so perfectly captured. She just was never convincing to me as the daughter of Luke and Laura. She seemed more like a recast Sarah Webber.
