Tony is 75 years old now. He is also painfully thin. I seriously doubt he is hamming it up by using a cane. He had very serious surgery on his spine a few years ago and was off 7 months to recover. He admittedly said he abused his body in his younger years and has paid for it now. This silly segment is sad really. Before retirement he spoke of writing and and learning Dutch to act in movies in Amsterdam. Seems all that has been forgotten.
Looks like he's enjoying his days.
I'm disturbed about the cane. I hope he was hamming it up for the camera when he wasn't walking that upright. I think this whole thing is
a put on. I'm always happy to see Tony.
It certainly isn't worth coming out of retirement to do that. I'm disappointed in him as I thought he would use his valuable free time to do some theater or write that book that he talked about. He got the life he wanted in Amsterdam. It just seems that he hasn't turned the transition to retirement to his advantage. But what do I know?
This is horrible. Tony looks horrible. Can't sugar coat this. Downright tripe 433
Well, I don't think I'll be watching this show, but it is good to see Tony again even if it is as an unflattering character. Is he acting for himself or for the character? He's so good at what he does, I can't tell! His appearance is at the end of this video
