How Is Everybody Doing?
I didn't forget about Ken Laing's website being called "The Kingston Trio Place" ----
and so I'm adding a little something extra about Bob Shane's solo on "Here We Go Again" :

Stan Wilson wrote this real fine song in 1955. (always loved it)
It suited Bob Shane's voice perfectly.
In fact, those solos on "Here We Go Again" were magnificent, weren't they?

Turns out that Bob Shane and Stan Wilson became friends and were mutual admirers.
Bob even improved his unique guitar playing techinque from Stan.
Bob Shane often credited Stan Wilson for shaping The Kingston Trio's repertoire....
including Bob's own approach to singing and choosing songs.
As a point of interest, when Bob Shane saw Stan Wilson perform "A Rollin' Stone" at the Hungry i,
Bob knew immediately, he had to sing it - especially after hearing Stan's opening words ----
