I started a new job about 3 1/2 years ago, and at quitting time, while washing up, one of my fellow employees asked me, "What do you think of Trump?" I replied, "If he walked in this room right now, I'd kick him in the nuts and yell, "That's what you get for trying to destroy my country, you piece of crap!" The two guys looked at me, kind of startled, and with a bit of laughter. They were blue-collar trade folks like me, but unlike me, they were Trump voters and thought I was kind of heavy on the so-called "chosen one."

Propaganda is powerful, and over the last 45 years, it has turned many middle-class working folks to voting against their own best interests. Three-and-a-half years after making my remark, and with Trump back in the White House, look at the mess we're in now. How can so many voters choose to be so naive and untruthfully informed?

If I've offended anyone, maybe it's time to Wake Up, before it's all been taken from us!

This past Sunday’s edition of Towson University’s Detour Radio show played “Billionaires” by Joe Troop & The Truth Machine and I thought it might appeal to some Crossroaders. I hope it doesn’t offend anyone but I thought that it was very timely after seeing Trump’s recent offensive Truth Social imagery of himself.
