I was going to say something ... but, (A) I didn't think it was necessary; (B) I didn't think it would change anything.

But, I do think it should be pointed out that the Shoen family were immigrants in Hawaii.

I have a number of friends here who are from Hawaii.

I've asked them all ... why are you here and not in paradise.


They've all said the same thing. You don't know what it's like to be part of a minority.
