I'd forgotten just how good John was .....

We saw him 4 times.

The first time, almost by accident...I didn't know who he was ... a friend told me to go to the concert...lasers ... eagles and hawks...

The last time, there was just him and his bass player ..

and a tape recorder...his back-up band for a new song he was working on...
