The Kingston Trio and Peter, Paul and Mary both boycotted
Hootnanny. I watched it every Saturday and never saw them.
I also have the Hootnanny shows on DVD. I read an article
once in 1964 - The Hootnanny people were asked why they
didn't have the Kingston Trio or P,P&M. Their answer was
"We can't afford them".
