Ran across this Glenn Yarbrough LP and initially focused on the cover photo. Assuming it was authentic, found it surprising that, even in San Francisco in 1966, folks were still dressing so formerly to attend a club like the hungry i. Researching the LP further, turns out it was done with the intent of having the audience sing along on each song as the chorus. The liner notes below describe the concept in more detail. The LP includes a John Stewart song which appeared on the KT's Somethin' Else LP ["Where Are You Going Little Boy"] but here under a slightly different title.
