I also dug Tracy Chapman who could have done without Luke Combs's contribution to her song. Then again, if Luke hadn't recently revived "Fast Car" we wouldn't have seen Tracy on the show. Modern stars reviving older artists' songs is good, though, as it keeps great past music before newer and future listeners.
Okay, so Taylor Swift won her 4th Grammy Award for Album of the Year. Yippy!
I still think any Kingston Trio album in my collection beats the heck out of any Taylor Swift album, but taste is subjective and to each their own. I get that.
What I don't get is Taylor Swift snubbing Quebec's legendary pop star Celine Dion when Celine (who is suffering from a neurological disease affecting her ability to move)
attended the Grammys especially to hand out the Album of the Year to one of the contestants.
Taylor Swift won, ran up to the stage, hugged all her musical collaborators, and snatched the Grammy Award (for her "Midnights" album) from Celine Dion,
without acknowledgement or eye contact. Celine looked puzzled and felt uneasy.
If it had been Stevie Wonder winning Album of the Year, no way Steve would ignore the person handing him a Grammy. He would say "Thank You" and show acknowledgement.

For me, the highlight of this Grammy Awards show was Joni Mitchell singing "Both Sides Now". Class personified!
