I think Campbell definitely played on "Run the Ridges."
The intro sounds like Stewart, but there is some real flashy flatpicking later in the song. That's the kind of flatpicking Campbell was noted for, and it was probably beyond Stewart's capabilities.
I'm not sure about the single-string work on "Try to Remember." It was probably not beyond Stewart's capabilities, but it sounds different than him.
