Max, I finally got around to watching the rest of the video, and several moments and events in it began to seem really familiar, so I dug around in a closet and found said video, done by the BBC. I don't know if it's for sale anywhere, but it's a terrific account of John's life, music, concerns, family, etc. Thanks for jogging my memory.
